To assist with ensuring the best quality of service delivery with regard to training in the energy and resource efficiency field, EEAU monitors training administration services, training materials quality, trainer performance, and manages any non-compliance so that the client receives only the best service. Therefore, every candidate that takes part in an IEPA activity, or any of its training administration service providers, is required to provide anonymous feedback to assist with this activity.
